St Albans Wilderhood Watch group, co-founded by local Green campaigner Nadia Bishara and her neighbours in Lancaster Road, is expanding in all directions.

The group, which finds practical ways to protect and promote wildlife in the district, now has 17 local offshoots where neighbours are working together on projects. Nadia said, “As well as lots of info on our projects and how to get involved, our Wilderhood Watch website has some great vegan recipes.”
