Councillor Simon Grover and the St Albans District Greens are backing a newly established group in the district that helps people take personal action on climate change.
In the run-up to the international climate summit in November, St Albans Climate Action Network (CAN) has set out 16 clear steps that you can take to reduce your carbon footprint.
Simon commented, "The steps are part of the nationwide Count Us In project, and show clearly how you can make a difference through things like switching your energy provider, eating seasonally and wearing clothes to last."
