Council housing strategy falls short on net zero - have your say

St Albans Council has created a draft housing 'strategy' and invites residents to comment in a consultation.
Unfortunately it's not really a strategy (just a list of action points) and it is unclear how the energy efficiency measures included will add up to the district council being net zero by 2030, which it is committed to.
